Exercises @ your desk (8/17)

Lots of time is spent sitting in a desk chair in the office – 5 days per week and 40 hours for most assistants.  Some of us are raising children, some are unable to go to a fitness center,  but we can all do something to add exercise to to our daily routine.

WebMD has a pdf file online describing and depicting 10 exercises to be done at a desk.
